Since 1998, Softsys has delivered business-critical AWACon WMS solutions to industrial companies of every scale — from specialized logistics operations to major production sites. We are a close-knit, highly skilled team of experts with long-standing experience — a small organization where clients work directly with senior specialists.

History

Softsys Oy was founded in 1998 to develop warehouse management software, building on expertise from automated warehouse systems — including Kone Corporation's warehouse automation background. Since 1999, simulation and digital twin concepts have been used to test AWACon WMS deployments in advance — a practice that remains central to our ability to deliver system go-lives with short downtime.

Our team

Softsys is a compact team of experienced specialists in warehouse automation and industrial software. Each member brings deep, long-term expertise — many have worked with the same production systems for decades. Our small size is a strength: decisions are made quickly, knowledge is shared closely, and customers have direct access to the people who design, build and support their systems.

References

We have systems in continuous production under AWACon WMS control. Our oldest installation dates from 1999, and several have been in operation for over two decades. International operations
